Enjoyfeet Massage Workshops provide an introduction for those wishing to use their feet in massage. Learn how to give barefoot massage. We are avalible for bookings worldwide

We take a maximum of 8 participants at each workshop, 2 Enjoyfeet Massage therapists working with groups of four students.
Participants work on each other to develop their skills in sensitivity and technique.  
Before attending the workshop it is advisable to have a pedicure.
The day workshop starts at 10.00am and finishes at 6.00pm

 Enjoyfeet Workshop Structure

• Introduction to the tutor and other students and the concept of massage using feet  
• Safety procedures and an explanation of contraindications for foot massage therapists.
•  An individual assessment of the participant’s feet and general lower body flexibility.
• Leg, foot and toe exercise class.
• Advice on seating positions and body posture.
• Practical tuition with clear demonstrations of foot massage techniques for the whole body, excluding the face. (Head and facial massage are covered in a separate workshop
• Advice on massage routines that combine a flowing massage sequence with an efficiency of position and movement for the therapist, whilst giving maximum benefit to the receiver.
• Discussion – Question and Answer time.
